Todays post.

Today I look at a very famous mask. Bernie Wolfe's washington mask. Now, he wasnt the best goaltender, a 20 61 21 record, and a respactable 4,17 GAA. But his mask was legendary. In 1977-78 and 78-79 NHL seasons, he wore his famous mask that resembled the american flag waving in the wind. His mask that he used in his first two seasons was blank, and very plain. He started using his famous mask that would drive a goalie mask historian crazy, during the last 20 games in the 1977-78 NHL season. Now, lots of people say that famous mask designer Greg Harrison designed it, but, to be honest, im not sure. He had a good run in his career, even though his record is forgettable, his acrobatic play earned him a standing ovation in washington, for 30 seconds the fan cheered him on after a terrific save on the opposition team. He, in my opinion, was the most acrobatic goaltender on the washington capitals team during their rough time. A 5/5 rating from the daily goalie mask review, reviewing all the famous masks that goaltenders wore or wearing.
